Magnolia grandiflora (scientific name: Magnolia sprengeri), also known as Wudang Magnolia grandiflora, Hubei Magnolia grandiflora and Yingchun Tree (Hubei), belongs to Magnoliaceae and is endemic to China. It is distributed in Shaanxi, Hubei, Gansu, Hunan, Henan, Sichuan and other places in Chinese mainland. It grows at the altitude of 1300 m to 2400 m, mostly in mountains and shrubs, and has not been artificially introduced and cultivated.
