Recently, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Chenzhou City issued the Publicity of the Demonstration Scheme for the Planning Conditions of Night Cultural Tourism Projects in Moxintang District of Chenzhou City. The total land area of the project is about 2.27 hectares (about 34.05 mu) and the total construction area is about 37,700 square meters. The demonstration scheme is commercial land, which is divided into three parts. The plot ratio of the project is 1. 12, the building density is 30.2 1%, the green space rate is 20.06%, the building height limit is 20 meters, there are 282 parking spaces in the project, and 56 unilateral parking spaces on Moxintang Road are cancelled.

In the aspect of landscape design, green planting is carried out by using the open space in front of and behind the house. The trees are grapefruit, pear and crape myrtle, and the ground is mainly lawn. Idle spaces such as eaves and window sills in front of and behind houses can be beautified with potted plants.

Paving in the block often uses green slate, pebbles and other pavements with simple charm, creating an elegant, quiet and simple block atmosphere.

Multi-level lighting is used in the block to increase the sense of lighting technology, and the lighting and environment should be harmonious and unified, and all colors should be integrated and rich. Appropriately increase light sketches and light shows to create a cheerful business atmosphere.

According to the different landscape lighting characteristics of different buildings, a mixed way of floodlighting, internal light transmission and LED is adopted. It mainly shows the unique structure of the building, and the design ideas can be broadened.

After the completion of the night cultural tourism project in Moxintang area, it has become another good place to punch in the nightlife after Beihu Park, Hou Yu Street and Ailian Lake.
