Article 2 Physical examination

The logistics department of the detachment shall, in accordance with the physical examination standards of the China People's Liberation Army, organize foreign recruits to the designated hospitals for physical examination. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the applicants themselves. Those who fail the physical examination shall not be employed. After passing the medical examination, the recruits' files will be transferred to the Political Department of the detachment for review.

Article 4 Training

According to the pre-job training plan for contract firefighters formulated by the detachment, the detachment conducts two-month pre-job training for those who meet the requirements of physical examination and political examination. The training content is basically the same as the training program for recruits in the fire brigade. Before training, military items are distributed according to the standards of recruits. After the training, the detachment commander will organize an evaluation of the training. Those who fail to pass the examination shall be dismissed, and at the same time, the clothing and military materials that have been distributed shall be recovered, and the depreciation expenses of military materials shall be paid according to the situation. Those who fail to pass the examination and are dismissed do not have to pay for meals. If you dismiss yourself during the training period, you will have to pay depreciation and food expenses. Those who pass the examination can be formally hired as contract firefighters and assigned contract firefighters according to the actual situation of each brigade, and then each brigade signs a contract with the recruiter according to the Quanzhou Public Security Fire Brigade Contract Firefighters Recruitment Contract, and those who sign the contract are regarded as formal contract firefighters. When signing the contract, you must sign the employment contract for more than one year and pay a deposit of 1000 yuan. The deposit can be deducted from the salary in installments.
