At present, there have been confirmed cases in several provinces and cities in COVID-19, and the Office of the Leading Group for Epidemic Prevention and Control in COVID-19 City of our city has continuously issued notices to make unified arrangements for the current epidemic prevention and control work. In order to implement the work requirements of "external defense investment, internal defense rebound, and people defending together" of the municipal party Committee and municipal government, the vast number of volunteers in the city have done a good job in civilized practice of flood control, emergency rescue and disaster relief, and at the same time accurately helped the epidemic prevention and control work. The Municipal Civilization Office now issues the following initiatives:

First, do a good job in publicity and launch. In strict accordance with the principle of "online first, offline second", a consultation telephone was opened through Weibo, WeChat, short video platform and other online channels, so as to popularize the knowledge of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, common sense of hygiene and health, "three tasks of reducing one-day attendance" and "due diligence" in civilized dining, help improve the public's awareness and ability of prevention and control, and promote the positive energy of anti-epidemic.

Second, it is forbidden to gather people for activities. Civilized practice centers and volunteer service organizations in the new era should quickly adjust the original volunteer service plan according to the actual situation of epidemic prevention and control, and may not organize and implement any form of large-scale gathering activities.

Third, participate in social services.
