(1) To be responsible for food safety supervision in the market and guide relevant business offices to formulate normative documents on food safety supervision; Organize and evaluate the implementation of laws, regulations, rules and standards in the field of food production and operation, and put forward opinions and suggestions to the party group;
(two) to be responsible for organizing the spot checks and inspections on the access of market food production and operation enterprises, and to make suggestions or reports on the problems found;
(three) responsible for the important decisions and major cases of food safety supervision in the market, and put forward opinions and suggestions before submitting them to the party group meeting;
(four) to assist and cooperate with the leaders in charge of the Market Supervision Bureau to do a good job in food safety supervision of catering service food supervision departments, health food cosmetics supervision departments and risk monitoring management departments;
(five) to assist and cooperate with the leaders in charge to do a good job in the food inspection and evaluation of the product quality inspection and evaluation center;
(six) to undertake other tasks assigned by the main leaders of the market supervision bureau.
