It refers to the Zhu Ri and Contract Tactical Training Base in the northern theater of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. Man Guang Zhi is the commander of the Blue Army in this training base.

Military exercises are generally divided into the Red Army and the Blue Army. The two armies fought on their own merits. From 20 14 to 20 16, the Blue Army led by Man Guang Zhi achieved 32 wins 1 losses in 33 military exercises. Therefore, the slogan "cross Zhu Rihe and capture Guang Zhi alive" came into being in the Red Army.
