Win8. 1 The system cannot use the telnet command, as shown below:

1. Click Start, click Run, enter appwiz.cpl, and click OK.

2. Click to turn windows features on or off.

3. Tick "Remote login server" and "Remote login client", then click "OK" and wait for completion.
