First, highlight key points and promote the healthy development of rural health work in the town.

1, increase investment and allocate health funds in full and on time. My town attaches great importance to rural health work, always puts this work on the important agenda of the party Committee and government, and constantly increases investment in health undertakings. By the end of 1 1, the town finance had allocated a total of RMB 10,000 yuan for health care, which effectively guaranteed the all-round development of rural health work.

2, strict standards, accelerate the pace of health diagnosis and treatment. According to the "Decision on Further Strengthening Rural Health Work" of the municipal government, combined with the reality of rural health work in this town, our town has formulated the "Plan for Upgrading and Renovating the Equipment of Rural Health Institutions in xx Town in 2005-2005", and established a village-level health center with the mayor as the team leader, the leaders in charge as the deputy team leader, and relevant departments participating, which is responsible for the development of the town's health centers. Since the beginning of this year, a total investment of more than 400,000 yuan has been made to build three new hospitals in Beitao, Gao Xi and Taiping and three hospitals in Duhongli, Li Mao and Beiguan with high standards. In order to improve the staff's understanding of face-lifting work, our town concentrated time on organizing all hospital leaders to visit three newly-built hospitals and held a special mobilization meeting, which stimulated the enthusiasm of other hospitals for face-lifting work. While doing a good job in clinic construction, our town has focused on strengthening the beautification and greening of community service stations. The green area of community service stations in Chen Kang, Yabei, Beitao, Yan Jia, Li Mao and Dafu Village has reached or exceeded 500 square meters. Up to now, 26 of the 37 health centers in our town have reached the standard of "five rooms separated and four modernizations" in Jinan Grade A health center, accounting for 70% of the total number of health centers.

3. Strengthen management and improve the level of rural medical services year by year. First, strengthen system construction and standardize the management of health centers. According to the requirements of annual post target management, town health centers have formulated management measures for health centers and central health centers, signed job target responsibility letters with health centers and township doctors respectively, implemented post responsibilities, implemented the performance-based salary system of monthly inspection and quarterly assessment, earnestly implemented the management system of "three systems and six unifications", improved 20 daily rules and regulations, investigated rural medical drugs and medical practice through interviews and questionnaires, strengthened supervision, and organized personnel to conduct at least one quarter of health centers. Adhere to the regular meeting system of rural doctors on the 6th of each month, study various laws and regulations, carry out business knowledge training, encourage rural doctors to continuously improve their professional level through self-study and correspondence, and participate in continuing medical education organized by the city on time, reaching or exceeding the annual quota of 20 credits, and the annual training time is not less than 15 days. At the beginning of each quarter, organize an examination of rural doctors' professional knowledge to guide all rural doctors to firmly establish a rigorous and scientific working attitude and do a good job in practice. The third is to popularize health education. Take the health center as the position, actively organize community doctors to carry out physical examination, service and publicity, do a good job in the investigation and registration of people's physique, improve community files, carefully record and fill in files, and make good use of files. Focusing on hypertension and diabetes, we will strengthen the classified management of nine diseases, and community doctors will truthfully report the collected data every month. This year, * * * completed physical examination 144332 people and established health records 1707 1 person, including 6274 people with hypertension, 237 people with diabetes, 250 people with coronary heart disease, 65438 people with cerebrovascular disease+059 people with chronic bronchitis, 438 people with disabilities and 6544 people with eye diseases. Based on the principle of localized service, the staff of health centers strictly carry out health check-ups for residents, focusing on providing services for special groups such as the elderly, the disabled, children and pregnant women, and implementing the "five-in-one" service function, so that the community health service work reaches thousands of households, and the satisfaction rate of the masses to the community health service reaches 97%, and the awareness rate of community health service knowledge reaches over 95%. Fourth, focus on quality service activities, strengthen the construction of medical staff, improve service attitude and improve medical level. The activities of "learning from Lei Feng, making more contributions and strengthening quality" have been carried out successively, such as the infusion technology training for nurses' day, organizing young members to go to nursing homes and five-guarantee households for compulsory physical examination and cleaning for the elderly, and publicizing the knowledge of disease prevention and control, which have been well received by the masses. Actively participate in the centralized bidding and purchasing of drugs in the health system, strictly control the "access" of drugs, and fundamentally solve the problem that people are not at ease in using drugs. In terms of improving service measures and optimizing service environment, all outpatient departments have implemented open services and reformed wards, providing patients with a good medical environment. In view of the inconvenience caused by the transformation of provincial highway line 244 this year, the health center invested more than 200,000 yuan, built a new line of 2,500 square meters from the health center to line 244, and installed high-standard street lights and landscape lights, which further facilitated the people's medical treatment.

4. Consolidate the achievements of rural Chinese medicine. Improve the management network of township Chinese medicine, actively promote the appropriate technology of Chinese medicine, and promote the development of Chinese medicine in the town.

Carrying out the new rural cooperative medical system is a long-term policy of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to improve the rural social medical security system, an important content to solve the "three rural issues" and an important measure to coordinate urban and rural economic and social development.
