In view of the unfair income distribution caused by administrative monopoly, only by constantly eliminating administrative monopoly on unnatural monopoly industries, introducing competition and actively promoting the marketization process can the government break monopoly profits, make everyone at the same starting point of income distribution and improve the income distribution system.
Third, gradually establish a social equity security system to promote the further improvement of various social systems. To achieve equal opportunities for social development and change people's inequality, it is unrealistic to rely only on those who have not been treated fairly to appeal, or to expect the opportunity owners to give up some unequal opportunities on their own initiative. The government must increase investment, promote the perfection of various systems and provide equal opportunities for all, which is the function of the government. System is the fundamental guarantee of social fairness and justice. Strengthen the system construction of ensuring fairness and justice, and finally establish a complete social fairness system with rights fairness, opportunities fairness, rules fairness and distribution fairness as the main contents. At the same time, we must do a good job in the implementation of the system. Only by concretizing the social justice system that fully protects people's political, economic, cultural and social rights and interests into practical measures and actions, so that the broad masses of people can enjoy the political, economic and cultural achievements of social development, can society truly be realized and maintained. Establish a minimum living security system and a public health and serious illness co-ordination system, increase investment in vocational education, cultivate and enhance the human resources advantages of vulnerable groups, and gradually expand the social coverage of social security according to the actual possibility of social financial resources, so that more people can enjoy social security.
Fourth, attach importance to the economic development of backward areas. Maintaining and realizing social equity is not an abstract slogan, but must have realistic social and economic conditions and practical policies and measures. To meet citizens' demand for social justice and improve citizens' happiness and satisfaction, we must have a higher level of economic development and better material conditions, develop the rural economy and further realize the goal of increasing farmers' income. 4. Strengthening system construction is the fundamental guarantee for maintaining and realizing social fairness and justice. System is the fundamental guarantee of social fairness and justice. (3) Improve the judicial system and mechanism, and strengthen the judicial guarantee of social harmony. We should take judicial justice as the goal, start with the key links that the people reflect most prominently and restrict judicial justice, promote the reform of judicial system and working mechanism, and build a fair, efficient and authoritative socialist judicial system. Strengthen judicial assistance and reduce the legal costs of poor people. It's done. (4) Improve the public finance system and gradually realize the equalization of basic public services. (1) Establish a fair interest expression mechanism, provide an institutional platform for all sectors of society to express interests, allow diversified interests to be expressed through proper channels, and provide a basis and foundation for the government to understand the world, integrate public opinion, and make scientific decisions; (2) Establish social consultation and dialogue mechanism. The government should play the role of a "fair judge", focus on solving the problem of the absence of trade union institutions in various enterprises and the weakening of their functions, and gradually establish a consultation system and a labor dispute arbitration system composed of the government, enterprises and trade unions to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers and socially disadvantaged groups. (3) Establish a fair benefit distribution mechanism.
