2. Try not to buckle the fish with the fish before deciding whether to release it.
3. Try to cut off the barb, so that it is easier to take it out of the fish's mouth and the damage to the fish is minimized. Some fish don't swim or sway immediately when they are released. They are unconscious and may need to be "revived".
How to revive fish is a craft. First, put the fish into the water, put one hand under the abdomen, and hold the lower lip or tail with the other hand to restore the tired but still healthy fish. If the ship breaks down, point the fish head to the current position and let the water gently pass through the mouth and cheeks. If the ship doesn't break down, you can keep the fish in the water on board and push the gear to force the water into the gills to breathe fresh air.
