Ask a question about the error reported by db2diag
Due to an error or forced interruption in the database manager, the new request cannot be accepted, all the requests being processed have been terminated, or the specified request has been terminated.

Reconnect to the database.

If this connection still fails, please perform the following troubleshooting steps with the help of the database administrator:

Federated environment only: Determines whether the federated data source or the federated database server returned an error.

Ensure that the client/server configuration is correct:

Confirm whether the communication subsystem (including communication protocols such as network cable, network card and TCP/IP) is up and running.

In a client/server environment using TCP/IP protocol: Please specify the same port number for the TCP/IP service name on the client as on the server.

Ensure that Database Manager is up and running:

Verify that DB2 Database Manager is up and running.

Look for evidence that the database manager process was abnormally interrupted or terminated in the db2diag log file.

If the database manager has stopped, or there is evidence in the diagnostic log that any database manager agent has been abnormally interrupted or terminated, please restart the database manager.
