How to close port 445 with firewall
Methods/steps

1. Select Run from the Start menu, enter gpedit.msc, and then press Enter to open the local group policy editor. Expand Computer Configuration-windows Settings-Security Settings-ip Security Policy.

2. Take closing port 135 as an example (other ports operate the same):

Right-click in the right margin of the local group policy editor, select "Create IP Security Policy" to open the IP Security Policy Wizard dialog box, and click "Next"; Write "Close Port" in the name of the dialog box that appears (you can fill it in at will), and click Next; Uncheck the "Activate default response rule" option in the dialog box, and then click "Next"; Check Edit Properties, and then click Finish.

3. In the Close Port Properties dialog box that appears, select the Rules tab, uncheck the "Use Add Wizard" and click the "Add" button.

4. In the new rule properties dialog box that pops up, select the IP filter list tab, and then click Add in the lower left corner.

5. The Add dialog box appears and fill in the name "Port Seal" (optional). After clearing the check mark in front of Use the Add Wizard, click the Add button on the right.

6. In the IP filter properties dialog box that appears, select the Address tab, select any as the source address, and select my IP address as the destination address. Select the "Protocol" tab, and the settings are as shown. Click "OK" after setting.

7. Return to the ip Filter List and click OK. Return to the New Rule Properties dialog box.

8. Select the Blocked Port that you just added to the ip filter list, then select the Filter Action tab, uncheck the "Use the Add Wizard" and click the "Add" button.

9. In the filter action properties, select the Security Methods tab, and then select the Block option. On the General tab, name the action, and then click OK.

10. Select the newly created "New 1" and click Close to return to the Close Port Properties dialog box. After confirming that the port blocking rule in IP Security Rules is selected, click OK.

1 1. In the Group Policy Editor, you can see the newly created "Close Port" rule. Select it, click the right mouse button, select the "Assignment" option, and start to apply this rule!

At this point, you have completed the task. Similarly, you can add rules for any port that you want to restrict access to.
