Design thinking:
The People's Liberation Army is the object that children are familiar with and like to imitate. However, in daily life, children's imitation of PLA games is mostly characterized by single action and fun. Therefore, it is necessary to reasonably integrate the image of the People's Liberation Army with basic movements such as running, jumping, climbing and drilling, and achieve targeted and timely physical exercise through imitative sports activities.
Activity objectives:
1, master various climbing and jumping skills, and develop upper and lower limb strength.
2. Improve the coordination and agility of physical exercise and cultivate the autonomy of physical exercise.
3. Promote the coordination and flexibility of children's hands, feet and body movements.
4. Cultivate children's interest in sports.
5. I like to cooperate with my peers and experience the challenges and happiness of sports.
Highlights and difficulties of the activity:
Key points: crawl on the mat, crawl quickly and harmoniously.
Difficulty: Lie on your side and climb over the mat.
Activity preparation:
5 gymnastics mats, 4~6 in each group, tape recorder and music tape.
Activity flow:
I. Preparatory part
1, the teacher led the children's column into the stadium.
(1) Under the guidance of the teacher, the children jog around the field and run for 2-3 laps at medium speed.
(2) Teachers lead children to spiral inside and outside the court.
2. Children form morning exercises and imitate soldiers' exercises under the guidance of the teacher: wearing a hat, taking off a hat, holding a gun, raising a gun, stabbing, shooting, dropping bombs, cutting with a knife, running and jumping in place, etc.
3. Imitate military activities.
(1) Teacher: Today we are going to learn from the People's Liberation Army to exercise. What services are the PLA divided into? (Answer: Navy, Air Force, Army. What are the differences between soldiers in the army? Answer: Autobots, artillery, infantry, tank soldiers, scouts, medical soldiers, etc. Let's imitate and see who imitates.
(2) Children are scattered in the venue to imitate sports freely, and teachers patrol to observe and guide them, reminding the children's department to do excessive sports so as not to affect others.
(3) Take children as the center, let several children stand up and show you their imitation actions, and the teacher will explain and encourage them.
(4) Children are scattered in the venue, and under the guidance and guidance of teachers, they collectively imitate and practice several display actions with exercise value.
4. Scout training.
(1) Kung Fu
-Single action: lunge punch: fly kick with one leg (left and right): grab the knife empty-handed.
-Double: push each other with both hands: lift each other's back; Hug each other.
(2) climb the mat.
-Children stand behind the starting line in four groups, and five gymnastics mats are placed in the corresponding field of each group. After the teacher gave the "start" password, each group of children crawled on the mat one by one.
-The children stand behind the starting line in two groups. After the teacher gave the "start" signal, the children in each group lay on their sides and climbed over the mat one by one.
(3) jumping obstacles.
-Children stand behind the starting line in pairs, corresponding to each group in the field, and large rectangular building blocks are placed horizontally on the ground (6-8 blocks in each group, building block spacing 1 m). When the teacher gave the "start" signal, each group of children ran into the stadium one by one, jumped over the obstacles and ran back to the starting point.
-The children are divided into four groups and stand behind the starting line. Four obstacles (obstacle spacing is 1.2 ~ 1.5m) are placed in the corresponding site of each group. When the teacher gave the "start" signal, the children in each group ran into the stadium one by one, jumped over the four obstacles in the group by running up and jumping, and then ran back to the starting line.
5. Move the building blocks outside, the teacher is in the center of the field, and the children are scattered around the teacher in the field. Relax the head, neck, arms, waist and legs with the teacher in soothing music.
After the teacher concentrated on the children to summarize, he directed some children to leave the meeting with building blocks.
Activity reflection:
The activities have basically achieved the established goals, and the children have been trained in basic movements such as walking, running, jumping and drilling, and their coordination and sensitivity have also been improved. In the game, pay attention to make children's lives not chaotic, learn to listen to instructions, learn to combine freely, unite and cooperate. There must be rules in the game. When a child violates the rules in the game, the teacher will remind him in time. The teacher encourages individual children who are unwilling to cooperate. The children are very interested in this activity. At first, they were eager for success, but after the teacher reminded them in time and stressed that they must abide by the rules of the game, the children's participation became more orderly. After the activity, the children seem to want more. In the future, I will continue to design games for children's interests, so that they can play middle school and happy games.
