The regulation and management of power system must organize, direct, guide and coordinate the operation of power grid according to law, and lead (be responsible for) the operation, operation and accident handling of power system. Distribution network supervision must do the following work:

(4) Responsible for compiling and implementing various operation modes of the power grid under its jurisdiction.

(five) responsible for collecting and sorting out the operation data of the power grid under its jurisdiction and providing analysis reports. Participate in the formulation of peak summer measures and power grid improvement plans.

(6) Participate in the formulation of technical measures to reduce losses and improve economic operation level of the power grid under its jurisdiction.

(7) Be responsible for the power factor adjustment and voltage adjustment of the main transformer of the power grid under the jurisdiction of the headquarters.

(8) Participate in the preparation of low-frequency and low-voltage load shedding scheme. Participate in the compilation of system accident power limit sequence table, participate in the compilation of overload power limit sequence table, and implement it after being approved by the competent government department.

(9) Responsible for signing relevant dual-power dispatching agreements with high-voltage dual-power customers.

(10) is responsible for naming and numbering new equipment in the power grid; Prepare the startup scheme of new equipment within the jurisdiction of the power grid and participate in the startup of new equipment.

(1 1) Participate in the planning, engineering feasibility study and design review of the power grid under its jurisdiction.

(12) Accept the power supervision-related work authorized or entrusted by the superior power management department and regulatory agency.
