It is a fact that all the food in the canteen is not necessarily delicious. But since you spend money on food, you can't waste it at will. Anyway, the money for food is your parents' hard-earned money, right?
On the surface, the board that wastes food in the canteen looks very clever and grandiose, but it can't stand scrutiny. There is only one reason: as long as it is wasted, it should be despised and not respected. There is no need to talk too high, and there is no need to deliberately exaggerate the harm of waste. It is unforgivable to squander the hard-earned money given by parents for no reason. It's even more unkind to find out the sophistry again.

According to the analysis of water consumption in recent years, with the increase of population in Taihu Lake basin and the improvement of people's living standards, the domestic water consumption will increase, and it is preliminarily predicted that the domestic water demand will reach 4 billion cubic meters in 20 10; Due to the improvement of water-saving level and the adjustment of agricultural structure, the agricultural water demand in 20 10 will be lower than now, and the water demand in general years will be 9 billion cubic meters; The water demand of forestry, animal husbandry and fishery will remain at the current level, about 654.38+0 billion cubic meters; The industrial water demand is increasing, which is expected to be around170 billion cubic meters. Considering the environmental water consumption, it is predicted that the total water demand of Taihu Lake basin in 20 10 will be about 33 billion cubic meters, of which the high-quality water demand will be about11500 million cubic meters.
3. Quality of water resources
In recent twenty years, with the rapid development of economy in Taihu Lake basin and the prosperity of township enterprises, the speed of sewage treatment can't keep up with the increase of sewage discharge, and a large number of waste sewage is directly discharged into rivers and lakes without treatment, which seriously pollutes the water quality of rivers and lakes. At present, the industrial and domestic wastewater directly discharged into rivers and lakes in Taihu Lake Basin has reached 5 billion cubic meters every year, and less than 20% of these wastewater is discharged after treatment. According to the monitoring of 82 major rivers and lakes in Taihu Lake Basin in 2000, among them, Taihu Lake and Dianshan Lake, Taipu River and Wangyu River are the main water supply channels of Taihu Lake, and Tiaoxi River, nanxi river, Zhihu Port, Liangxi River, Xujiang, Hongqitang and Shanghai Beach are the main rivers entering and leaving Taihu Lake, and the water quality in the monitoring section is only 19.4%. The remaining 80.6% of the sections are polluted to varying degrees, among which 48% of the monitored sections are classified as IV, 14% as V, and 23% of the monitored sections are classified as worse than V (this part of the water body loses any use value).
The pollution type of rivers in Taihu Lake Basin is organic pollution, and the main indicators of water quality exceeding the standard are permanganate index (CODMn) and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N). A large number of nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus and other pollutants) directly enter the lake, resulting in eutrophication of the lake. At present, the eutrophication of Taihu Lake, the largest water supply source in this basin, is very serious. According to the monitoring data in 2000, 7 1% of the waters have reached the level of eutrophication, and 29% are moderately eutrophic.
(D) the main problems of water resources in the basin
1. Due to the blind reclamation of lakes and the blocking of rivers, the storage capacity of rivers and lakes is weakened, and the drainage in the lower reaches of Taihu Lake is not smooth. After the flood in 199 1 year, after ten years of control, Taihu Lake has achieved remarkable results, its storage capacity has been strengthened, and the downstream outlet has been basically opened, basically forming the backbone engineering system framework of basin flood control and water resources dispatching, which is bordered by Taihu Lake in the north, Yangtze River in the north, Huangpu River in the east and Hangzhou Bay in the south, and the flood threat has been greatly alleviated. However, judging from the flood situation of 199 1 999 and 1999, the flood control standard for defending the 54-year flood is low, and the flood disaster in some areas is still serious. It is necessary to continue to take measures to improve flood control standards. At the same time, after treatment, the inflow and outflow of water, sand and sewage have also changed greatly, and the impact on the utilization of water resources needs further study.
2. The amount of industrial and urban and rural domestic sewage is increasing year by year, and chemical fertilizers and pesticides are widely used in farmland and the treatment level is low, which leads to the deterioration of water quality in rivers and lakes and aggravates the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources. At present, the industrial and domestic sewage in the whole basin has reached 5 billion cubic meters/year, and the pollutant discharge is1137,000 tons/year in terms of CODcr. A large number of pollutants directly enter the water body, causing serious pollution in the backbone rivers. The overall eutrophication evaluation of Taihu Lake is eutrophication level, and cyanobacteria outbreaks often occur in summer.
3. The local water resources in the basin are insufficient and need to be supplemented by water transfer from the Yangtze River. In 2000, the Taihu Lake Basin transferred 7.7 billion cubic meters of water from the Yangtze River. Due to the serious water pollution in the river network, the water diversion capacity is affected.
4. Groundwater overexploitation is serious in some areas, resulting in land subsidence; The northeast of the basin is also threatened by salt water intrusion. According to the survey, in the past 30 years, the subsidence of the funnel center in Jiangsu, Wuxi, Changzhou and other places has reached 1 m, and the funnel area has reached more than 7,000 square kilometers. The land subsidence in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province also reached 0.7 meters. Overexploitation of groundwater and land subsidence not only reduce the flood control standards of existing water conservancy projects, but also reduce the groundwater reserves in aquifers, worsen water quality, and may also cause salt water erosion and reduce beach resources. 1978 winter solstice 1979 spring, the Yangtze estuary is flooded with salt water, and the salinity of the Huangpu River from Wusong to Minhang lasts 142-73 days.
5. Unified management and rational allocation of river basin water resources is not possible. The phenomenon of "water management for many years, unclear responsibility" and "water management regardless of water supply, water supply, drainage, pollution control and water quality" has long existed in various provinces and cities in the basin, which makes it difficult to coordinate the relationship between water resources development, utilization, protection and management and improve the level of water resources utilization. Water resource fee and low water price also make it difficult to correct water resource waste.
The serious water resources problem in Taihu Lake Basin has greatly affected the social and economic development in this area and has become a restrictive factor for the sustainable development of social economy.
