According to the different types and use properties of vehicles, appearance identification, labels and signs shall meet the following requirements:
1. All trucks (except semi-trailer tractors) and special operation vehicles shall be painted with total mass on both sides of the cab (area). For all semi-trailer tractors, both sides of the cab (area) should be painted with the maximum allowable traction mass, and the loading parts should be trucks with fenced structures and dump trucks. Both sides of the cab should be painted with fence height, the loading part should be a trailer with fence structure, and both sides of its carriage should be painted with fence height. Chinese and Arabic numerals should be clearly painted, and the height should be greater than or equal to 80mm.
2. For trucks (except semi-trailer tractors) and trailers with a total mass of 4500kg or more, the rear part of the car body (compartment) shall be (painted/affixed) with a specified amplification number, and flat trailers that cannot be (painted/affixed) shall be (painted/affixed) with a specified amplification number.
3. Passenger cars (except special school buses and buses with passenger standing areas) shall be marked with Chinese and Arabic numerals with a height of 100mm in a conspicuous position outside the car body near the passenger door, indicating the number of seats provided by the car for passengers (including drivers).
4. The words "Coach Car" with a height greater than or equal to 100mm should be painted on both sides and rear of the coach car.
5. Gas-fueled vehicles, dual-fuel vehicles and dual-fuel vehicles shall be marked with the type of gas fuel they use according to GB/T 17676.
6. The body colors of fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles and police cars shall conform to the relevant national standards or industry standards, and the marker lights used in the installation of police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles shall be complete and effective, and other motor vehicles shall not spray, install or use the above-mentioned vehicle-specific or similar logo patterns, sirens or marker lights.
7. Disabled motor vehicles shall be equipped with special signs for disabled motor vehicles at the front and rear of the vehicle body respectively.
