I. Purpose of the activity:
Books are friends of human beings, and books are the ladder of human progress! In order to broaden students' knowledge, we should carry out the cultural construction activities of "academics grow with me", stimulate students' interest in reading, make every student want to read, love reading and know how to read, form a good habit of loving books and reading extensively from an early age, cultivate sentiment, gain true knowledge and establish ideals in reading practice!

(2) Let our teachers' reading influence students and subtly infect their hobbies.
(3) Collect the famous sayings of mortals and "read them":
According to their own understanding and feelings about reading, collect famous sayings about reading among students, such as:

"Good books make people fragrant and have a long aftertaste." ……
It is suggested that these beautiful famous sayings be made into beautiful bookmarks and posted in the classroom to further create a scholarly atmosphere in the class and stimulate students' reading enthusiasm.
2. Hold a book fair:
(1) Each student is required to read more than 5 books per semester, and to read 5 articles intensively.
(2) Every Monday, each class holds a "reading club" to collect the essence from famous sayings and books.

8. Carry out reading practice activities:
(1) In reading activities, the class should actively organize students to carry out related reading practice activities, such as story meeting, speech contest, investigation report, bookmark making, small newspaper, reading essay contest, newspaper clipping, picking up a book from the wastebasket, etc. In order to show students' excellent reading reports, we can hold activities such as "Xiaohe Jian Peijun-Students' Excellent Reading Reports".
(2) classroom appreciation, cultivate sentiment.
Use the ten-minute morning meeting to hold an appreciation class every week. For example, enjoy American literature, appreciate ancient poems and stories ... Play tapes loudly, or listen to tapes, or listen to students read aloud, or comment on articles read aloud, so that students can be influenced by the beauty of language and words from an early age and accumulate these beautiful sentences.
Five, to carry out reading activities should pay attention to several combinations:
(1) Combination of reading and listening and speaking: "Listening and speaking" here does not mean listening and speaking training in Chinese classroom teaching, but refers to students telling their classmates what they have read or listening to their classmates introduce their reading gains.
(2) Combination of reading and discussion: "discussion" refers to the discussion of the content of reading, which can be a thematic discussion or a free discussion. Free discussion means setting aside a certain amount of time every day for students to comment and discuss books freely, which can be the content of books or the writing method of books.
"Speaking" refers to holding speech activities and story-telling activities, or depending on the specific situation.
(3) Combination of reading and reciting: "reciting" can be both reciting and reciting. Students choose appropriate poems, fables, classic essays or some good sentences and paragraphs in books, and spare some time in class every day for students to read aloud or recite with expressions, experience standardized language, feel the charm of language and enrich students' good language accumulation. You can also read some exquisite fragments, ancient and modern sages, famous sayings and idioms in combination with Chinese textbooks. Each class in the whole school chooses two members of reading organization with high prestige, strong sense of responsibility and strong organizational ability to organize class students to read and recite in the morning.
(4) Combination of reading and writing: Each class has specially set up a wall newspaper in the reading garden, so that students can express their reading through written language. It is divided into such columns: 1. Especially some fairy tales, fables and idiom stories, through this form, students' reading interest can be strengthened and their understanding of the content can be deepened.
(8) Combination of reading and doing: This form is mainly used for the exchange practice of reading scientific and technological books, but it also includes the exchange of other types of books. Because the extension of life should be the extension of reading. For example, do small experiments after reading popular science books, and help adults do something after reading some books that honor their elders.
(9) Combination of reading and imagination. In extracurricular reading, teachers or students tell a part of the book and guide everyone to imagine what will happen next. Imagine a few results first, and then read the results in a book, so as to stimulate students' reading interest and cultivate students' imagination and innovation ability.
10, reading activity evaluation method:
