"Serving the people" or "serving the people wholeheartedly" later became the highly summarized language of the Party's purpose in China. "Serving the people", after the founding of the People's Republic of China, has also been regarded as the motto and slogan of action by the party and government organs at all levels of the China Production Party and their staff.
