Ningshao Expressway is located in Ningxiang City and Heshan District, Yiyang City, starting from the northwest of Xianfeng Temple in Henglongqiao Town, Yiyang City, connecting Changyi Expressway with a fish-shaped mountain hub, and passing through Malongba in Henglongqiao Town, Ningxiang City, Baimaqiao Street, Huilongpu Town, Batang Town and Donghu Town in the south.

Huilongpu Interchange is located on the east side of Huilongpu, connecting with Shaoshan Branch of Changshaolou Expressway in Huapitang, Ningxiang City. The total length of the expressway is 42.659 kilometers and the connecting line is 6.432 kilometers. There are 6 interchanges (including 2 hubs), 4 toll stations and 1 service area. The technical standard of two-way four-lane expressway is adopted, and the design speed is 100 km.

Ningshao expressway

Ning-Shao Expressway is one of the "six vertical and seven horizontal" expressway networks to be built during the 13th Five-Year Plan period in Hunan Province. It starts from the northwest side of Xianfeng Temple in Henglongqiao Town, Heshan District, Yiyang City, connects with Zhang Chang Expressway with fish-shaped rafters, and passes through Malongba in Henglongqiao Town, Yiyang City, Huilongpu Town, Batang Town, Donghu Town and Shaoshan in Changshaolou Expressway in the south.

The main line of the project is 42.6 kilometers long and is built according to the technical standards of two-way four-lane expressway. The design driving speed is 100km/h, and the subgrade is 26 meters wide. The planned construction period is three years.
