The short 1 month pediatric practice is coming to an end. Recalling the dribs and drabs during this period seems to be trying the taste in a tasteless bottle. Clinical practice is the consolidation and strengthening of theoretical learning stage, and also the cultivation and exercise of clinical skill operation. We cherish this time, cherish the opportunity of daily exercise and self-improvement, and cherish this rare mentoring relationship with teachers.
Pediatrics is a unique department, which is faced with fragile little lives. This made me realize that doctors should not only be highly skilled, but also know how to communicate with them. Be kind to children and have a good attitude. Although sometimes we will meet many anxious family members who won't say anything, all we medical staff can do is be tolerant. We can understand their feelings. When a child is ill, everyone is extremely anxious. It is understandable to say something hurtful. What we can do is to continue to serve patients and try our best. Contact with many children and their relatives every day, I understand that the greatest wealth in life is not money but life and health, and our duty is to defend a healthy life.

After 1 month's practice, I have basically mastered the writing of medical documents such as course records, consultation records and discharge records. Master the characteristics of clinical pediatrics and the diagnosis and treatment of common and multiple pediatric patients; Master the normal values and clinical significance of common examinations and the preliminary treatment of various dangerous, serious and urgent patients.
