1. Press the keyboard start key to pop up the start menu, and select "Control Panel".
2. Enter the Control Panel and select the "Category" icon.
3. Select "Devices and Printers" on the big icon page.
4. Select the printer you want to configure on the Devices and Printers page. Right-click the selected printer and select Printer Properties from the drop-down menu.
5. Enter the printer properties "general" interface.
6. Select "Port" in the printer properties interface window.
7. Select "Configure Port" in the "Port" interface of the printer properties interface to enter the "Configure Port" interface.
8. Enter the printer name or IP in the "Configure Port" interface. Enter the port number in the Configure Port interface, and then click OK.
9. Return to the printer properties interface and click OK to complete the printer port configuration.
