When it comes to quality, Guangzhou Honda gives me the impression that it strictly checks, does not accept, does not let go, and does not flow out unqualified products. You can't accept the defective products made in the previous process, and you can't make the defective products yourself. In case of defective products, you must not let them flow into the next process. The good reputation of Guangzhou Honda products has been formed among millions of users for such a long time. In our second welding department, the slogan is "welding strength is the life of the welding department". Indeed, for us, the key to good quality is to control the strength first. I took a training class in Corey's class, and learned the knowledge of welding, what is the principle of welding, what defects will appear in welding, how to improve welding quality and so on. These can constantly expand the knowledge of employees and let employees know more about their work. Secondly, the short meeting before and after work every day will also constantly emphasize the quality problem. It is very important to check strength regularly at work. In my area B, there is no 15 workpiece, so semi-destructive strength inspection must be carried out strictly, and the strength inspection table must be filled out, otherwise any defective products will flow into the next process. More importantly, every employee should have a responsible attitude, pay close attention to inspection while working, and never take it lightly. The consequences of explosive welding are very harmful, not to mention missing welding, which is absolutely not allowed to pass. In my communication with other employees, I can also feel that they have a strong sense of quality and will also talk to me about the relationship between strength and product quality.
Every day after the homework, there will be a short meeting, and the monitor or deputy monitor will summarize the day's work. Among them, problems will be emphasized, one is sheet metal, and the other is the problem of operation method. On the one hand, there are many new employees, and their proficiency needs to be improved. On the other hand, heavy and monotonous work inevitably reduces their attention and leads to a decline in quality awareness. Therefore, it is very necessary to constantly emphasize quality management.
A few days after the internship began, I focused on the production of the whole workshop. The whole welding workshop is divided into four areas: A, B, C and D. Area A is responsible for the welding of three parts of the chassis (front floor assembly, rear floor assembly and head assembly), area B 1 is responsible for the welding of the body side assembly, and area B2 is responsible for the roof welding and manual drilling, including spot welding, carbon dioxide shielded welding and stud welding, and area C is responsible for the assembly of small parts and four doors. I have to mention the automated production line with the highest technical content in our workshop. First of all, the 3P line is specially used to receive the three parts in Area A, and then after clamping, it is sent to the automatic line to weld the chassis assembly. Then go to G/W line, clamp the chassis, side wall and roof, weld it into a car body here, and then send it to SR line for automatic jumping. This whole series of robots is the core of the whole welding department. When they set out at the same time, the spectacle was beyond words. I said, shocked! There is a big platform above Area C, which is both a storage area and a minor repair area. When some car bodies were found to have minor defects, they were sent here, repaired and put into production. The layout of the whole workshop is clear at a glance. Because it is a new factory, many places will be much more reasonable than the old factory in the first factory, and you can also know a little about it in the communication with colleagues in the first factory.
I carefully observed each process, and then drew the work flow chart and personnel allocation of B 1 area according to the standard book and field observation results. In the process of observation and drawing, I have a richer and deeper understanding, and I have seen the designer's intention in the arrangement of working procedures. In order to make each working procedure work stably, apart from dividing each working procedure in processing methods, it is also necessary to ensure that each post can maintain a basically consistent rhythm, and at the same time, it is necessary to give consideration to "extensive speed" and reasonable spatial layout, and even not waste a person. This is really learned. The whole workshop is like a football team. Everyone has his own responsibilities, just like striker, midfielder, defender, even free agent and goalkeeper captain. Watching the logistics trucks transport the parts needed in each position to each position in an orderly way, the porters also assign the parts of each truck to the designated process, and with the rhythm of production, the chain does not drop at all. I have to admire Guangqi Honda's profound synchronous logistics ability.
After I finished the work flow chart, I gave it to the monitor for comments and continued to find more problems. What needs to be improved? For example, my drawing is not intuitive enough, and I didn't say that the work content is subdivided into every employee in the chart, which needs improvement.
I really don't know whether I will do it or not. I was shocked when I did it. Since my internship, I have been asking myself to be lenient. If I didn't experience it myself, I wouldn't find many things. Now I know more and more about the importance of broad philosophy. Playing "Three Existentialism" can bring many good results. Now I understand the significance and importance of workshop practice. Let me feel the production site and learn a lot that only the site can learn. In this internship, I not only learned a lot of knowledge, but also brought me many questions to think about and guide my next study. It will be very interesting to look through the books for knowledge that I didn't feel before. And after this period of time, I set myself some new goals, fully realized my shortcomings, and made clear the direction and methods of improvement.
The internship is over. In these precious two weeks, I made many new friends and learned a lot of new knowledge. I think it is more important that my personal perception and consciousness have changed, which has given me a new learning direction in the remaining year of college. Thank you for this internship, which has benefited me a lot. I believe that through continuous improvement, I can be competent for my job after one year.
