In addition to the above methods, I think we should strengthen education from the following three points.
First, strengthen the education of ideals and beliefs. Faith is the direction of progress, faith is the spiritual pillar and faith is the guide to action. Therefore, ideals and beliefs are the concentrated expression of people's political beliefs and world outlook on their own goals. Without faith, a person will achieve nothing in the end. At present, many cadres in party member think that the future of capitalism is bleak, the advantages of socialism are decreasing, and the benefits of capitalism are many. Therefore, they don't want to do everything possible to contribute to socialism and capitalism, their will drops, their thoughts are empty, some use their powers to seek illegitimate interests, and finally they embark on the road of violating discipline and law. This is the manifestation and harm of wavering ideals and beliefs. Therefore, to strengthen education in party member, we must first solve the problem of ideals and beliefs, so as to improve party member's ideological and political consciousness.
Second, strengthen moral cultivation education. Moral cultivation is not a small problem, it embodies a person's basic quality and spiritual realm. Some cadres in party member regard moral cultivation as details and trifles. They relaxed their ideological transformation, lost their advanced nature and confused party member and the masses. Therefore, to carry out party member education, we must further strengthen moral cultivation education, which is not only related to the personal conduct of party member cadres, but also related to the overall image of the party. At present, the key to strengthen the moral education of cadres in party member is to strengthen self-discipline.

So, how to play the vanguard and exemplary role of party member in the current situation? I think the key is to strengthen party member's model consciousness education, because consciousness determines people's actions. In strengthening the education of party member's model consciousness, I think we should first work hard at three points:

(2) Strengthen the education of striving for excellence;
(3) Strengthen the education of leading style consciousness.
