According to the degree of urgency, development trend and possible harm, the emergency response level is divided into Grade I, Grade II, Grade III and Grade IV, which are indicated by red, orange, yellow and blue respectively. 1 level (very serious), level 2 (serious), level 3 (heavier) and level 4 (in most cases), with level 3 responding heavily.
2. Emergency response is an action taken in an emergency. An emergency plan formulated by emergency parties, which specifies the actions of personnel in an emergency and implements rescue with rules and procedures to reduce losses. Therefore, the personnel of this unit must be familiar with the emergency plan. The emergency plan is essentially a procedure, which should meet the local needs. It must be operable and highly targeted.
