First, open the control panel. You can click the "Open Control Panel" option above in "Computer/My Computer", or click to enter directly from the "Start" menu.

After entering the control panel, click the "Hardware and Sound" option, and click "Device Manager" in the lower options of devices and printers.

After entering the device manager interface, select and expand Ports (COM and LPT), right-click the COM port to be set, and select to enter the properties window.
