In principle, the problems and requirements reflected by employees through the hotline shall be handled separately according to the principles of graded responsibility, centralized handling, who is in charge, who is responsible, territorial management, timely local solution according to law and ideological guidance.

Article 6 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Trade Union Law: The basic duty of trade unions is to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and serve them wholeheartedly. Trade unions represent and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers, while safeguarding the overall interests of the people throughout the country. Through equal consultation and collective contract system, trade unions promote and improve the coordination mechanism of labor relations, safeguard workers' labor rights and interests and build harmonious labor relations.
Trade unions shall organize workers to participate in democratic elections, democratic consultations, democratic decision-making, democratic management and democratic supervision in their units through workers' congresses or other forms according to law. A trade union shall establish a trade union working system that extensively contacts and serves employees, keep close contact with employees, listen to and reflect their opinions and demands, care about their lives, help them solve their difficulties, and serve them wholeheartedly.
