2. Be familiar with the corporate culture of the hotel, integrate the work into the corporate culture, and cultivate and shape a group of PA employees with professionalism and high service awareness.
3. The phrase "customer is God" may still be an empty slogan in many industries, but in hotels, especially star-rated hotels, it is an eternal slogan that must always be adhered to and put into action. Not only do you have to do it yourself, but also let employees who may be more than ten or twenty years older than customers do it, which takes a long time to accumulate and cultivate.
4, hotel service knowledge, the hotel service knowledge here is not "professional" or "skill" knowledge, this is not a technical post, what you need is the hotel's regular training content for managers and employees, which takes into account the universality of the hotel industry and the particularity of the hotel itself, so you must seriously study and implement it.
5. As a PA manager, you don't need to assess, reward and punish your subordinates (these are all things of the human resources department), and you don't have too many rights, so what you have to do is not much or complicated, generally only including work supervision, inspection, recording of responsibilities and rights, executing the above instructions and accepting complaints and handling from the department.
