Article 4 Members shall perform the following obligations:

Article 5 Members have the freedom to withdraw from the meeting. The withdrawal of a member shall be proposed by the member himself to the trade union.

If a member refuses to pay membership dues or participate in trade union activities for two consecutive months without justifiable reasons, and refuses to make corrections after education, it shall be regarded as voluntary resignation.

Article 6 Members who fail to implement trade union resolutions and violate the articles of association of the trade union shall be criticized and educated. Members who commit serious crimes and are subject to criminal sanctions should be expelled from the party.

Article 7 Trade unions practice democratic centralism, the main contents of which are:

Article 9 The trade union congress also elects trade union fund examiners. Article 10 A trade union shall establish a committee of female workers to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of female workers. Article 11 The trade union committee is composed of three members, with one chairman, one vice-chairman and one member.
