Importance of service tenet
Manufacturers, producers and distributors of products in the industrial sector rarely have direct contact with consumers. They can only indirectly affect consumer demand through the final tangible products, but the service department won't let them. Service delivery system and employees are an inseparable part of service products. Service provision system includes the ability and attitude of employees, which directly affect the realization of consumer demand. From this point of view, it is of guiding significance for service management to clarify the purpose of service.
The purpose of service is easily misinterpreted for two reasons. The first reason comes from the ubiquitous service of employees themselves and the behavior of employees in the service industry, especially the behavior of front desk staff, which has certain autonomy. These two factors * * * work together, resulting in different degrees of changes in employees' behavior ability and attitude. These changes have affected employees' understanding and implementation of the service concept to a certain extent. Satisfying consumers and businesses is the most important criterion to measure the quality of works.
