Qingtian is a famous hometown of stone carving. Stone carving began in the Six Dynasties with a history of 1500 years. It is a world-famous craft miracle. Qingtian is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese, with more than 65,438+800,000 overseas Chinese, covering more than 70 countries and regions on five continents. Qingtian is the hometown of celebrities, the state of Mandarin, and celebrities such as Liu Ji, Zhang Naiqi, Tang Situi and Chen Cheng come forth in large numbers. ..... There are many scenic spots and historical sites in Qingtian, with more than 60 large and small scenic spots, many scenic spots and rich tourism resources. Characterized by stone carving, overseas Chinese and celebrity culture, the folk customs are simple and rich, and colorful folk cultural activities such as fish lanterns, dragon lanterns, dragon boats, bird lanterns, tea-picking lanterns and Qingtian magnetic drums have formed a self-contained Ouyue cultural system with rich local cultural connotations. Since the establishment of 1998, Qingtian has completed the survey, evaluation and planning of tourism resources, compiled the Master Plan for the Development of Scenic Tourism in qingtian county and the master plan and regulatory detailed plan for Shimen Cave, a key scenic spot, and put forward the development strategy of "one river and two stones" and the propaganda slogan of "touring the landscape of Oujiang River and enjoying Qingtian stone carvings". Now Qingtian tourism has basically gone through the "groping stage" and entered a new stage of development. A provincial-level scenic spot, Shimendong, two municipal-level scenic spots, Taihe Mountain and Qiansiyan, Jiumenzhai, Xiaoshimen, Shitoukeng, Baizhang Waterfall, Jiulong Cave and Jiuwan Xianxia have been built, forming a tourism combination with Oujiang as the main axis, Shimendong provincial-level scenic spot and Shankou Stone Carving City as the focus, and hecheng town as the center of tourism reception.
