Migration is a common psychological phenomenon. It is also of great significance in learning activities. But the realization of migration needs certain conditions. Teaching is an important means of training transfer.
In a certain sense, teaching is to promote the positive transfer of students' learning and avoid negative transfer, so that students' learning will be of great help to their future study or practical work. Therefore, it is necessary to improve teaching methods, and change teaching from imparting knowledge to developing students' thinking ability through imparting methods, so as to improve teaching quality and learning effect. This paper only talks about how to promote the positive transfer of students' learning in teaching activities.

Research hotspot of teaching strategy transfer: future direction
Definition:
Migration is the continuation and consolidation of learning, and it is also the condition for improving and deepening learning. Learning and migration are inseparable. [ 1]
Transfer teaching strategy
"Teaching for immigrants" is an attractive slogan popular in modern education. If teachers can apply the transfer theory to teaching practice and effectively improve students' transfer ability, then students' current study will have a more lasting and positive impact on their future study, work and life.
However, the transfer ability of students' acquired principles or skills to new situations cannot be considered automatic. Accurately speaking, transfer is achieved through teaching. So how to create conditions in teaching and actively promote the positive transfer of learning?
(A) the reform of teaching materials to promote migration
According to assimilation theory, whether there are suitable fixed concepts in cognitive structure can be used is an important factor to determine new learning and retention. In order to promote transfer, teaching materials must contain basic concepts and principles with high generality, strong inclusiveness and strong explanatory function. Bruner believes that such concepts and principles should be placed at the center of textbooks. He believes: "Understanding basic principles and concepts seems to be the road to an appropriate' training transfer'." Ausubel pointed out that students' cognitive structure is transformed from the knowledge structure of textbooks. A good textbook structure can simplify knowledge, generate new knowledge and facilitate the application of knowledge. This structure must be suitable for learners' abilities.
