Forty-one prohibitions of the Ministry of Chemical Industry

14 production plants are not allowed:

1, strengthen the management of open flames, and smoking is not allowed in the factory.

2. Minors are not allowed to enter the production area.

3. During working hours, you are not allowed to sleep, do private things, leave your post or do things unrelated to production.

4. Drinking is not allowed before or during class.

5, are not allowed to use gasoline and other flammable liquids to scrub equipment, appliances and clothes.

6, do not wear labor protection articles in accordance with the provisions, are not allowed to enter the production post.

7. Equipment with incomplete safety devices is not allowed.

8, not in charge of their own equipment, are not allowed to use tools.

9, maintenance equipment safety measures have not been implemented, are not allowed to start maintenance.

10, after the equipment is stopped and overhauled, it is not allowed to be started without thorough inspection.

1 1. Unless you have an aerial work permit, you are not allowed to work at height. Do not wear safety belts, scaffolding and springboard.

12. The springboard can only be operated after it is fixed on asbestos tile.

13, mobile electric tools without electric shock protector are not allowed to be used.

14, employees who have not obtained the safety operation certificate are not allowed to work independently; Workers with special types of work are not allowed to take up their posts without obtaining evidence.

Six strict operators:

1, strictly implement the system of succession.

2, strict inspection tour.

3, strictly control the process indicators

4, strictly implement the operation method (ticket)

5, strictly abide by labor discipline

6. Strictly implement safety regulations.

Six prohibitions for hot work:

1, hot work is prohibited without approval of hot work permit.

2, not reliably isolated from the production system, hot work is prohibited.

3, not cleaning, replacement is not strict, no hot work.

4, do not rule out the surrounding flammable, it is forbidden to hot.

5, don't do thermal analysis on time, it is forbidden to hot.

6, no fire control facilities, no hot work.

Eight requirements for access to containers and equipment:

1, no need to apply, apply for permission and get approval.

2, to carry out security isolation.

3, must cut off the power supply, and use safety lamps and lanterns.

4. It must be replaced and ventilated.

5. Safety analysis must be conducted according to the time requirements.

6, must wear protective equipment.

7, there must be a backup rescue measures.

Seven bans on motor vehicles:

1, driving without a license is strictly prohibited.

2. It is forbidden to drink and drive.

3. It is forbidden to overspeed and slide in neutral.

4, it is forbidden to drive in spite of illness.

5. It is forbidden to drive with people and goods mixed.

6, it is forbidden to exceed the standard loading.

7. Vehicles without flame arresters are prohibited from entering the no-fire zone.

The above forty-one prohibitions require all employees to strictly abide by them.

Four principles:

1, the cause analysis of the accident is not clear;

2. Those responsible for the accident and the masses are not educated;

3. Preventive measures have not been implemented;

4. The person responsible for the accident has not been dealt with.

Three treatments:

1, near misses are treated as accidents.

2. Minor accidents should be treated as major accidents.

3. Take other people's accidents as your own.
