Chenghua district, located in the northeast of Chengdu, is one of the central urban areas of Chengdu, the largest area in the main urban area of Chengdu, with outstanding geographical advantages, and is known as "the essence of Chengdu's future", the "East Gate" of Chengdu's central city, the fulcrum of Chengdu-Mianyang-Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone and the main starting point of Seongbyong Kim Corridor. Due to the convening of the 7th Congress of chenghua district, chenghua district will focus on the general idea of "157" in the next five years, namely, "one goal, five-dimensional support and seven major tasks", vigorously develop economy, transportation and industry, and cultivate at least one listed enterprise in each street within three years, and the resources of education, medical care, tourism and transportation in the region will be relatively perfect and developed.

In terms of highway traffic, chenghua district currently covers the starting points of Chengdu-Chongqing, Chengnan and Chengmian expressways. Chengdu-Mianle, Chengdu-Chongqing, Dacheng and Cheng Kun have four passenger and freight lines. Jianshe Road Business Circle is located in the second ring road of Chengdu, next to the viaduct of the second ring road, and at the northeast corner of the intersection of metro lines 3 and 4. It was once the core area of the eastern suburb of Chengdu's old industrial base, and now it is the second business circle in Chengdu.

Manning Bar Business Circle is located in Chengdu Second Ring Road, and its north side is close to Metro Line 4.
