On the innovation of 5G technology, China Telecom vigorously promotes the innovation of 5G core technology and independent research and development. In the 3GPP R 16 standard, China Telecom led the formulation of the 10 technical standard and granted more than 30 patents. Ke Wenrui introduced that the wireless network standard led by China Telecom ranks first among global operators.

In Ke Wenrui's view, only by deeply integrating digital elements such as "cloud, network, edge, end, security and use" with emerging information technologies such as AI and Internet of Things, and creating a safe and green new information infrastructure through cloud network integration, can we enhance the integrated solution capability and meet the customization needs of application scenarios in different industries.
Thirdly, strengthen the integration of students and lay a good "team competition". The application of 5G involves all aspects of economy and society, and its development is complex and systematic, which requires the active cooperation of all parties.
