During the Sixteen Countries Period in Wuhu, many powerful people established political power here. In addition to the cool in the north, there are cool before, cool after, cool in the south and cool in the west. Duan Ye, the founding monarch of Beiliang, is one of the few Han monarchs in the sixteen countries of Wuhu. He used to be an official in Hou Liang. Due to the civil strife in Hou Liang, Duan Ye was founded by Xiongnu generals Ju Qumeng Xun and Ju Qucheng Nan, and was called the king of the two rivers.
