The All-China Federation of Trade Unions Workers' Rights Protection Hotline is managed by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions 1235 1 Rights Protection Hotline Office. The scope of acceptance includes employees' consultation on labor laws, regulations and policies, employees' help and solution to life difficulties, employees' complaints and appeals against violations of their legitimate rights and interests, employees' reports on emergencies and major safety accidents, and other issues involving employees' legitimate rights and interests.
The principle of handling the problems and requirements reflected by employees through the hotline is to handle them separately according to the principles of "graded responsibility, centralized handling", "who is in charge is responsible", "territorial management" and the combination of timely and legal on-site problem solving and ideological guidance.
Trade union introduction:
The original intention of a trade union refers to a social group that is spontaneously organized based on the same interests.
