All branches of our department have formed a fixed mechanism and an effective model in grasping the technical and professional quality of party member employees, and achieved good results.
First, the branch organizes abnormal driving business competitions every quarter. In practice, the branch has been exploring around the central work, especially in improving the emergency response ability of cadres, party member and employees under abnormal driving conditions. The abnormal simulation drill of the branch company is organized once every quarter, and the driving group of the joint station selects a team to participate in the drill every quarter, taking turns to participate. In terms of safety, we clearly defined the relevant requirements as "creating a safety demonstration post and building a safety guarantee zone". We always insist on a comprehensive assessment of the administrative work of the workshop and the work of the party workers' league. Every month, the deputy party and government will be divided into four groups to accept, evaluate, comment, reward and punish the work of the party and the masses in the administrative work of each workshop. Administrative work shall be deducted according to the acceptance standard of workshop management, and party-mass work shall be deducted item by item according to the acceptance standard of branches, trade unions and youth league branches in the proportion of 433.
