First of all, when it comes to the functional departments of our hospital, it is inseparable from the slogan of "complementary advantages and win-win cooperation". Because the functional departments of our college are interrelated, each department has its own unique functions and contributions. For example, the Student Union is responsible for the planning and organization of campus activities, the Admissions Office is responsible for the guidance and reception of new students, and the Academic Affairs Office is mainly responsible for the education and teaching-related work of the whole school, such as examination arrangement and performance management.

Although the work content of each department is different, they spare no effort to achieve the overall goal of the school and work together with Qixin Qi Xin. I used to be the head of the activity organization of the student union, and I felt really busy. I need to communicate and handle everything in time, coordinate all resources, and ensure that every bright spot can shine. Although sometimes I have to bear the pressure, after a successful activity, I feel that everything is worthwhile after watching everyone have such a good time!

In a word, the functional departments of Yangtze Normal University are composed of a group of staff who work silently and struggle in their respective posts. Although every department should work hard, their common goal is to make our school better. The persistence and dedication of these staff members have given our students a better learning and living environment. We are really grateful to them!
