What if two people each have the same household registration book?
If it is necessary to find the person with the same number and the certificate with the same number (household registration book and ID card), both parties shall negotiate to keep the household registration book and ID card number of one of them and replace the other party; If both parties with duplicate numbers have moved out of the jurisdiction of the police station with the first ID number code, whoever finds out first will change the number first and keep the ID number of another duplicate number; If one party moves out of the jurisdiction of the police station with the first ID number code, it shall be changed by the party still in the jurisdiction of the police station. It is free to change the resident identity card under the above circumstances. Where the ID number is changed, the local police station will issue a certificate of change of the resident ID number to facilitate the change of other documents.
