Article 20 of the Regulations on Household Registration in People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be punished for public security administration or investigated for criminal responsibility according to the seriousness of the case: (1) failing to declare the household registration in accordance with the provisions of these regulations; (2) False accounts; (3) Forging, altering, transferring, lending or selling the household registration certificate; (four) using other people's accounts; (five) the hotel manager does not handle the passenger registration according to the regulations.
How to reissue the original account book if it is lost?
The original household registration book can be reissued in the following ways: 1. Report the loss and submit it to the requesting resident. After the household registration book is lost or stolen, the householder shall promptly declare to the police station and submit a written application for replacement. If the householder cannot go to the police station for other reasons, he shall issue a written entrustment request, which shall be signed and sealed by the client; 2. After the police verify that they bring their ID cards to the police station where their household registration is located, they fill in the Registration Form for Lost Household Registration Book and the Registration Form for Lost Replacement Household Registration Book, and explain the reasons for the loss of the household registration book, and then enter the police verification link. Usually, the police check whether the photo of the head of household is the same as that in the computer, and whether the materials required to reissue the household registration book are different; 3. The police station at the place where the household registration is moved out shall copy the stub of the household registration certificate at that time, and it shall be stamped by the police station.
