Huang Jiaxiang, 1949+ 10 was born in Shinan District, Shanghai.10 moved to Qidong, Jiangsu Province in June, 1953. 1968 joined the army.1March, 1969 joined the party and attended the National Defense University twice. He used to be the report monitor and command platoon leader of the fifth regiment of the Naval Radar Corps.
