For the first time, census objects can fill in their own reports by scanning QR codes, and the administrative records of departments and the applications of big data such as electricity consumption and mobile phones are strengthened, which improves the quality and efficiency of census work. Zhong Nanshan and Yao Ming were invited as ambassadors by the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and propaganda slogans such as "We can't do without you when big countries call the roll" were deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and the publicity efforts were intensified. The seven-person census adhered to laws and regulations, conscientiously implemented the requirements of the census plan, implemented a strict quality control system, established and improved the traceability and accountability mechanism of census data, and randomly selected 32,000 households in 1 and 4 1 counties of 365,438 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) for post-event quality spot checks.
