Through my personal operation in the relevant processes in the workshop, I have a solid grasp of the situation in the mold workshop, because the mold is the source and key point of slider production, and its specific production process is: drawing-mold opening confirmation-carving-coppersmith-EDM-below I will elaborate on several processes that I learned the most during my internship:
(1) mold opening, this process is mainly to draw the graphics of the tab, and it is also a mold opening process. In this process, I learned the drawing method of tab graphics, and mastered the basic size requirements of tab, especially the size of tab with only non-rotation and only rotation. At the same time, learn the drawing method of tab ranking.
(2) Electrode carving process: Using JD Paint software, set basic parameters such as three-dimensional modeling, draft angle and parting surface for the drawn pull tab, then compile processing program files, and input them into the engraving machine for electrode carving. As the first process of mold manufacturing, the quality of electrode directly affects the quality of mold and produced pull tab. Only the electrode surface is smooth, the rules are clear, the electrode size meets the requirements of the drawings, the electrode datum plane is smooth, there is no burr, there is no step on the side, and the draft angle meets the requirements. Therefore, it is very important to control the mold quality by strictly controlling the carving process.
(3) EDM, as an important process of die processing, has strict requirements: the difference between the die cavity size and the design size is 0.02mm, and the depth distance between the same pair of die cavities should reach 0.03mm；; EDM cavity requires no dislocation, good finish, good definition, clear font and surface roughness Ra 0.1um; ; Mold cavity is detected by dial gauge depth finder. Generally, rough machining is carried out first, and then finish machining. This can avoid the inaccuracy of the mold cavity caused by electrode loss in the first machining process.
④ Polishing process: The main processing objects of polishing are new modules, finished molds and core pulling. Through personal operation in the grinding process, I learned the basic principle and process of grinding.
⑤ Under the premise of mastering each working procedure, we also know the types of molds in the mold workshop, the basic information of the mold base, the production equipment, the entrance of the mold, etc.
(2) Internship in the die-casting workshop: I practiced in the die-casting workshop for about one month, mainly to understand the basic situation of the die-casting workshop, and to be familiar with the equipment capacity, die-casting raw materials, die-casting technology, polishing and die-casting defects of the pull-piece.
① The main parameters of the pull-tab process in the die-casting workshop are respectively controlled within the scope of the following table.
② During the processing of die-casting pull-tab, the main defects are: insufficient pouring of pull-tab, flow marks, cracks, bubbles, shrinkage cavities, air holes, deformation, burrs, die-casting flowers, etc. During my internship, I carefully studied the method of identifying die casting defects, and at the same time mastered the reason of analyzing defects.
(3) The polishing of the pull-tab is mainly divided into manual polishing and machine polishing. The mechanical polishing of the pull-tab is generally to mix the pull-tab, abrasive, grinding liquid and water to polish the burr of the pull-tab; Hand-throwing the pull-tab is mainly to grind off the surface and edges of the pull-tab with a grinding wheel to achieve the processing effect.
(3) Installation practice: Installation mainly includes injection molding of pull-piece, pulling-piece, glue dropping of pull-piece, oiling of pull-piece, diamond setting of pull-piece, transfer printing of pull-piece, etc. In the practice of assembly 4, I have mastered the method of glue mixing through my own practical operation. The glue mixing mainly uses A: B = 3:1; After gluing and oiling the pull tab, put it in an oven at 70-80℃ for 2-3 hours.
(4) Learn the basic knowledge of zipper head: Through the internship in zipper head, I also mastered some basic knowledge of zipper head: zipper head consists of pull tab, pull tab, connector, cap and hook. Various shapes of slider bodies and pull tabs can form various metal sliders, nylon sliders, plastic steel sliders, etc.
(V) The warehousing process of the tab mold: Through the internship in the mold workshop, I also learned about the custody of the tab mold. The molds are kept in the mold warehouse, and are generally placed in the order of mold numbers for later use. The specific warehousing process of the mold is as follows:
Second, the ideological situation.
Since I entered the workshop for internship, I have been strictly abiding by the company's rules and regulations and obeying the arrangement of the company's leaders. (5) Doing things in an orderly way. Every working procedure in the workshop is interrelated, interlocking, complementary and orderly. The same is true when everyone is working;
(6) Learn from others with an open mind and learn from each other's strengths. Although the master in the workshop is not as educated as me, he has rich practical experience and can teach many skills, which I deeply understand.
Third, the existing problems and deficiencies
After this period of work and study, although I have mastered and understood the basic production process of zipper thread, I can also complete some workshop processes independently, but there are still some problems and deficiencies in my work:
(1) I don't know enough about some processes in the workshop. In the process of workshop practice, I don't know enough about some technologies, such as carving technology. Although I have mastered the basic operation of engraving machine, I can make some simple electrodes with engraving machine, but I haven't mastered some operations of JD Paint software.
(2) I don't know enough about the connection, workflow and information transmission mode between the zipper line and other branches, and the understanding of the zipper branch work is limited to the inside of the zipper line.
For these shortcomings, I will humbly learn from my colleagues around me in the future, ask questions that I don't understand professionally and non-professionally, strive to enrich myself, find my own gap, expand my knowledge, constantly cultivate and improve my working ability, and further improve my professional quality and working ability. Therefore, it is suggested that labor insurance shoes be distributed to special posts (such as die casting machine operators, colorists, dyeing workshops, painting workshops, etc.). ).
