3. Jump up and punch;

4. Punching and kicking;

(2) Continue to move upward, turn your right hand around your wrist, and turn right at the same time. Turn your arm outward, bend your elbow hard, then pull it to your right waist and hold it as a fist. Stamp your right foot at the foot, lift your left leg, and bend your knee (Figure 7-2-L- 10-2).

(3) When the left foot takes a big step to the left, the right foot slides along with it, and the legs squat into a standing position. 10. Turn around and separate your hands;

12. Clap your fists;
