7. 1947 In May, Zhi Gong Dang held its third congress in Hong Kong, reorganized itself, issued a declaration and sent a letter to overseas Chinese, put forward the political proposition of uniting all democratic forces and establishing a new China, and embarked on the road of accepting the leadership of China GCD and the new-democratic revolution.

8. 1948 In May, Zhi Gong Dang responded to the call of GCD in China on May 1, sent a telegram jointly with the democratic parties, supported the convening of a new political consultative conference, and issued a declaration calling on overseas Chinese to actively support the motherland's revolution and contribute to the upcoming new China.

9. 1949, at the invitation of China GCD, representatives of Zhi Gong Dang attended the first plenary session of China People's Political Consultative Conference, participated in the formulation of the same program of China People's Political Consultative Conference, and made contributions to the establishment of People's Republic of China (PRC).
