The starting point is located in Xuejiaguanzhuang Village, Luchang Town, Mengyin County, and the end point is located in Pengjiazhai Village, Duozhuang Town, Mengyin County.

This newly-built expressway is located in Mengyin County, starting from Xuejiazhuang Village of Luchang Town and passing through Jiuzhai Town and Duozhuang Town of Luchang Town.

Mengyin new expressway is a part of the reconstruction and expansion project of Beijing-Shanghai expressway, with a total length of 4 1 km. There will be three entrances and exits in the county seat, which will make it more convenient for people from the county seat to travel.
