(five) in violation of the provisions of the selection and appointment of cadres, or the use of oversight, mistakes caused by adverse effects;

(six) laissez-faire, shielding, conniving at subordinates in violation of financial, monetary, taxation, auditing, statistics and other laws and regulations, fraud;

(seven) there are other acts in violation of the responsibility system for building a clean and honest government.
