2. However, the parties can only enjoy the treatment of the members of the corresponding collective economic organizations where their accounts are located. Therefore, if the parties move out of the local area after the separation of households, they cannot enjoy the compensation treatment of local collective land expropriation.
The Property Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that:
