Someone may be spraying silently, and this guy is dragging the text. My writing style is limited, and I can only rely on the words of saints. This media number is mainly to record personal growth records. Some people may have said, why not put your growth record in WeChat circle of friends or qq space? In fact, it is very simple, as the sages said at the beginning: if words are enough to be put into action, praise them; If this is not enough to put into action, then don't praise it, and it is not enough to put into action. That's empty talk! I will share with you what I have learned, practiced and found feasible during my growing up. I hope you and I can be our best selves.
Well, to get to the point, things have to start with personal bad habits (most people may have them). Every time I make up my mind to change, for example, I want to lose weight, I want to study, I want to keep fit, and so on ... but I can't act, I can't persist, and I always find various reasons. Last June, I thought about it again, but I still didn't stick to it. What should I do ~ ~! I stumbled across a book "Six Questions Can Convince All Kinds of People". In fact, this book has been in my home for two years. I bought it when I was in sales before. I took a casual look after buying it, but I didn't even see a third. This time, I insisted on my own changes through this reference book.
Briefly introduce this book, some friends may have read it. The writer is Pantalon Pantalon researcher and psychologist at Yale University in the United States.
The six questions are as follows:
Question 1: Why do you do this? If it's to convince myself: why should I do this? )
Second question: How much do you want to do this? -Choose a number from 1 to 10, where 1 means "I don't want to" and 10 means "I really want to"?
The third question: Why not choose a smaller number? (If the other party chooses 1, ask the second question, but put it another way: What do you need to do to change from 1 to 2? )
Question 4: Imagine what good results you will have if you do it.
Fifth question: Why are these good grades so important to you?
Sixth question: If you want to do it, what will you do next?
Three basic principles of merke's six questions;
(1) No one has to do anything, and the choice is always in your hands;
(2) Everyone has enough motivation;
(3) It is much better to focus on the weakest motivation than to talk about resistance.
Through a series of questions, I finally found my weak motivation, which made me feel incredible. It turns out that I am happy to help others. You know, not long after we got married, my wife said that she was incompetent and had no strength to change! On second thought, it may be true. Because I am happy to help others, but sometimes I suffer from lack of ability and can't help others better and more. In the end, I can only change, become better and have stronger ability to help more people.
That is, from then on, slowly began to change! Yes, you are not mistaken, it is slow! Because I'm afraid I can't stick to it, I have little motivation, but it is these small changes that make me gradually realize the benefits of change.
First of all, it is exercise. It is very important that everyone can only be healthy. They always talk about exercising and getting up early to run, but they can't. The first thing I do is to get up early and go to bed early. Get up at 5 am and go to bed at night 10. Some people will say why you went so early, I don't know, but you must get up, even if you are lying in bed. I was not used to it at first, and my spirit was not very good, but I recovered in just 3 days and my energy was better than before! You can't get up and do nothing, just go out for a walk, and slowly, it will become a run. I have heard that running is addictive, which is true. Sometimes I'm not used to running!
The second is reading. I arrange the reading time for dinner at 8-9 pm. Someone asked what books to read. After all, I'm not an expert, so I can't give directions. I think it's better according to my personal situation. For example, the first book I read was How to Read a Book.
Yes, it is another reference book. I think it's a tool "If you want to do a good job, you must sharpen your tools first." Since we must persist, we must prepare tools. This book is about something. Actually, I haven't fully understood it. I'll share it with you when I fully understand it.
Once again, it is class. Where are you going? The internet, of course. I listened to the Himalayas. Actually, I started to take the course of time management, but I didn't finish it. After all, it is free and the content is relatively simple. Furthermore, I suddenly found that my son is 4 years old and should have received a good education at home, but his cultural level is not high. What should I do? Learn now! Learn what? I studied Luo Dalun's Tao Te Ching and Disciples' Rules in the Himalayas. Why should I listen to this? First it's free, then the content is different. Maybe some friends will spray, you poor bastard. Is there anything good for free? I think we need to see something. The formation of Tao Te Ching's sermon. For a person with very good virtue, there is no distinction between high and low in avenue communication. I suggest you listen.
Just learn something, practice slowly, and then share what I think is helpful to me!
I will share some family education later. What I have practiced on my son and what I can change will be shared with you. I hope it helps you!
I am pragmatic and my writing is poor. I hope you spray more.
