Solution:
1. First, determine whether the printer is installed normally and whether the data cable connection is loose.
2. Set the printer to be printed as the default printer.
3. Start-Settings-Printers and Faxes-Turn on the printer option. Does the printer choose to pause printing? If so, please delete this option.
4. There is remote document printing, but the lack of paper did not come out in time, resulting in a backlog of documents. Generally turn off the printer, from Start-Settings-Printer Fax Machine-Turn on the printer option, select the document, right-click to cancel, and then print.
5. There is something wrong with the driver installation: device manager-universal serial bus controller-printer options (different printers should be different). Delete it and reinstall the driver.
6. Wrong port selection: From Start-Settings-Printer Fax Machine, right-click the Printer-Properties-Port tab to see if it is set correctly.
